All aquarium livestock is hand-selected, carefully screened for exceptional color, health & quality by our expert suppliers, We do not buy the cheapest fish,coral,invert out there. We believe in Quality -WE DO NOT TRANSHIP !!!!!!!! That guarantees that all livestock will arrive healthy and live. Our 14 day guarantee will help you buy with confidence. And in case something does happen we will replace for the exact same item.
Terms and Conditions:
- Day 1 begins Date of Purchase
- We will not be responsible for livestock that has died as a result of being harassed or picked on by other fish
- Intact body must be returned to us within the guarantee period
- It is your responsibility to provide proof of deceased specimen ( no missing,lost,eaten,carpet surfing,etc )
- We will only replaced deceased specimen ( no other specimens in your aquarium )
- Tank’s water chemistry must be within the following parameters ( to get a replacement )
- Temperature – between 75°- 81° F and constant and no more than 1 degrees fluctuation
- Ammonia – 0.0 ppm
- Nitrite – 0.0 ppm
- Nitrate – 0.0-20 ppm
- pH – 8.1-8.5
- Specific gravity – 1.019-1.026 - By purchasing from us you agree to the terms and conditions set forth.

We provide the most advance filtration system for our specimens, We are one of the few stores in the country who do not NEED ANY MEDICATIONS in our holding facility to keep Fish alive, Some store will have you believe that medicating, using copper, or reef safe medications is the best method - that is so far from the truth, unless the store that is medicating is willing to do a FULL TREATMENT - it does nothing for the fish if it only has been there for days.
Then there is the issue of some specimens that do not handle copper well, especially scaleless fish.
It is our belief by having an excellent filtration system there is no need for ANY MEDICATIONS to be used in our holding systems. Even though we do not add any medications to our system you should never put any of our water in to your system - it is always a good idea to QT all specimens.
We also fortified all fish food with vitamins and supplements to help boost the immune system, We feed our specimens the best food in the market.
Thus by us following this procedure we can offer our customers the healthiest specimens out there.
